OFFERS AND NEGOTIATIONS
Once we receive offers, we will review the offers together. You have the chance to accept, counter, or reject the offer depending on the price and terms.
LIST YOUR HOME FOR SALE
After all your hard work, it's time to put your home on the market. As your Realtor, we will make your home active on the MLS portal and potential buyers will be able to see the home immediately.
You and the buyer have agreed to terms and the contract has been signed!
Congratulations! You made it to the closing table! Documents will be signed transferring ownership, funds will be exchanged, and title recorded with the County. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you will have moved out of the home by the closing date.
